螺栓阀盖锻钢闸阀 结构特点 FORGED STEEL GATE VALVES DESIGN FEATURES
- 阀杆驱动 - 两件式，可在线更换轭架衬套，不需要影响阀门开关位置（关闭或开启）状态下拆卸手轮。
Stem Drive – two-piece allows for replacement of yoke bushing inline, removal of handwheel without affecting position of valves (closed or opened).
- 明杆（升杆） - 使得开启关闭指示器处于容易看到的位置。
Rising Stem – makes for easy visibility for open-close indications.
- 填料压盖 - 两件式填料压盖衬套/填料法兰能够自动校准，以防止由于填料压盖翘起造成阀杆损坏。
Gland – two piece gland bushing/packing flange is self-aligning to prevent stem damage for cocked gland.
- 阀杆采用硬化蒙乃尔合金K500，以增加强度和耐久性。
Stem made from hardened Monel K500 for strength and durability.
- 碳钢阀门采用阀杆孔内镀镍层的阀杆，适用于严酷的烃化应用环境。
